Booking terms
Last updated: Oct 22, 2026
These terms apply to stays in the apartments offered on this website by [name or company name — to be completed] ([tax ID — to be completed]). Please read them before sending a booking request.
How booking works
- You choose dates and send a booking request. We email you a link to confirm your email address.
- After you confirm it, we check availability and reply by email.
- The rental contract is concluded when we send you the booking confirmation email. Until then, sending a request does not oblige you or us.
Prices
The total price shown before you send a request includes the nightly rate, the cleaning fee and all applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees.
Payment
- The full amount is due 7 days before arrival. Payment details are sent with the booking confirmation.
Cancellation by the guest
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Any amount already paid is refunded in full.
- For later cancellations or if you do not arrive, 100% of the total price is charged.
- Please cancel by email. The date your email reaches us counts.
No right of withdrawal
Because the booking is for accommodation on specific dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(l) of the Spanish consumer protection law, RDL 1/2007). Cancellation is governed by the rules above.
Cancellation by the owner
If we have to cancel a confirmed booking, we will inform you immediately and refund everything you have paid.
Arrival, departure and registration
- Check-in from 16:00, check-out until 11:00.
- Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021) requires us to register every guest with the police. Before arrival, each adult guest must provide the identity data we ask for.
House rules
- The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in the listing and in the confirmation.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Parties and events are not allowed.
- Quiet hours: 23:00–08:00.
- Guests are responsible for damage they cause during the stay.
Complaints
Please send any complaint to [email — to be completed]. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
